SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY Quarterly Monitoring Reports Quarterly Reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 1st day of the second month following the end of the reporting period (i.e., 1 May, 1 August, 1 November, and 1 February). The Quarterly Reports shall be transmitted with the certification statement required below and shall include the following: 1. A discussion of the monitoring results and comparison of the data with underlying groundwater quality. 2. Cumulative tabulated results of all pond and rainfall data. 3. Copies of field calibration reports for electrical conductivity and pH measurements. 4. Copies of all laboratory analytical report(s). Reports that do not comply with the above-required format will be REJECTED and the Discharger shall be deemed to be in noncompliance with this Order. A letter transmitting the monitoring reports shall accompany each report. Such a letter shall include a discussion of operation or facility modifications. The transmittal letter accompanying monitoring reports submitted under this Order shall contain a statement by the discharger, or the discharger's authorized agent, under penalty of perjury, that reads as follows: I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe that the information is true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment.
