They are on an EA Notification permitting tier, which requires an updated EA Notification and Odor <br />Impact Minimization Plan to be submitted to EHD. These documents will outline the minimum operating standards <br />for the facility, which will require an annual inspection by EHD to ensure compliance. They have met the rest of <br />the requirements and are operating with our notification -tiered permit currently, which will include updated <br />information on public greenwaste, hours of operation, etc. <br />Thank you for your interest and for sending over the flyer advertisment.
