Lower Sacramento Road
Lodi, CA 95242
We understand that the Environmental Health Department is prepared to waive
certain requirements that might otherwise be imposed, due to the temporary
nature of our composting site at 920 W. Frewert Road in Lathrop, California.
These requirements are
Installation of a new septic system at the site.
2. Testing of nitrate loading and DCMP.
As you know, we have a three year lease on this property. We expect to start
processing in early 2007. If our operation is successful, and we are somehow
able to extend our lease beyond three years, we will comply with these
requirements at that time.
We are enclosing literature on the restroom facilities we will be using. It is our
intention to cooperate with your office, and we welcome your input.
Please call me with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely
Valley Landscaping and
Don Oliver
President
Maintenance, Inc.
