TCN Properties, L.P. 6793.4.001.01
North Lathrop Properties August 28,2006
QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER SAMPLING RESULTS Page 3
GROUNDWATER LEVELS
Groundwater data collection commenced following water-level-sensor installation on
September 15, 2005. Figure 3 presents groundwater depths below existing grade for each of the
five wells. Groundwater depths ranged between 4.5 feet below the existing ground surface (bgs) in
the southwest comer of the property at its peak in April 2006, down to 231.6 feet bgs in the
northeast comer at its lowest point in September 2005. As shown on Figure 4, groundwater
elevations) ranged between+5.3 and-10.1 feet throughout the year. The shallowest occurrences of
groundwater were measured in well NMW-5, located in the southwest portion of the site, the
location nearest to the San Joaquin River. Based. on the measured groundwater levels,
groundwater generally appears to flow towards the northeast.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions,
please contact us.
Very truly yours,
ENGE CORPORATED Reviewed by:
Zac Crawford D an Hickmott
ze/jb:gwsmpi
Attachments: Figures I through 4
Appendix A-Table I, Summary of Water Quality Data
Appendix B -Laboratory Data Results, California Laboratory Services
Appendix C -Monitoring Well Field Sampling Logs
cc: 1 —Mr. Steven Beck,ECO:LOGIC
I —Mr. Thomas Butler,ECOLOGIC (e-mail only)
All elevations provided in this report refer to NVGD 29.
