The project description indicates that they propose to accept digestate. Is that from POTWs? If not what is the source of the digestate? 3. The project description indicates that there are not any planned structures.Where do they plan to unload and handle the food waste and digestate? 4. How long will the digestate and food waste be maintained on site prior to being placed in process? 5. How will they blend or mix the digestate and food waste with the green material? I have other conditions you will see in our letter, but these are the burning issue that I have right now.
