The amendments on the <br />Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) were reviewed and approved on March 4, 2014. The RFI <br />amendments met the requirements found in Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section, <br />21665 (c) (1-3). <br />The application package also requested a permit modification. The EHD accepted the application <br />package for the permit modification on March 4, 2014. The EHD is currently processing the permit <br />modification request. <br />Enclosed is a public notice informing the public of the approved RFI amendments and preliminary <br />approval of the permit modification. The notice has been posted on the EHDs website and has been <br />mailed to all property owners owning property within 300 feet of Harvest Lathrop.
