Testing has not been completed and is four months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be <br /> aware that all EHD staff time associated with a follow up inspection will be billed at our current hourly rate($152). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 113 CCR 2637(a-d), 2712(b)(1)(F) Failure to conduct secondary containment testing. <br /> OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was last performed on 5/15/2018 and was due by 5/2021.
