Environmental Health Department
Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report
Date:
May 25, 2021
Facility Address:
9415 E FAIRCHILD RD, STOCKTON
Facility Name:
RORE RANCH
SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS
(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply)
RemarksItem #
Overall Inspection Comments:
Conducted a final Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. One red dye diesel tank (estimated at
approximately 150 gallons) was observed onsite, the tank is located adjacent to the onsite house. Approximately
2-3 inches of fuel was observed in the tank; Mr. Luna used a dip stick to check the fuel level in the tank. At the
time of inspection, Mr. Luna drained the remaining fuel from the tank and used it in the onsite equipment. No
other hazardous materials in reportable quantities were observed onsite at the time of inspection. Based on the
site observations, facility's HMBP program will be inactivated. Mr. Luna was made aware that if facility begins to
store hazardous materials in reportable quantities HMBP permit has to be obtained form the EHD.
To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead
of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate
($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209) 468-3420.
AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING
THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
Received by: Inspector Phone:
ELENA MANZO, Lead Senior REHS
Inspector:May 25, 2021 Date:
Printed Name and Title:
Mr. Luna, Site foreman via email
(209) 953-7699
FA0017117 PR0525302 SC001 05/25/2021
EHD 19-01 Rev. 9/16/2020 Hazardous Materials Program OIRPage 2 of 2
1868 E.
