Remove unused appurtenance on the shell nozzles and the fixed roof nozzles and roof <br /> manway and install blind flanges on the unused nozzles. <br /> o. Prep and recoat shell and fixed roof plates in the areas of coating failure. <br /> p. Repair damages on existing coating where needed on floor plates after repairs. <br /> q. Remove float guide wire anchor or seal weld lap patch under anchor and seal weld <br /> anchor to lap patch. <br /> 9. ST-20: Inspection report dated JUNE 10- 13,2019 (OUT-OF-SERVICE INSPECTION REPORT)- <br /> revised <br /> BOTTOM: <br /> a. ACTION CODE A: (20-year interval): Repair sixty-nine (69) areas of corrosion. <br /> b. ACTION CODE A: (10-year internal): Repair twenty(20) areas of corrosion. <br /> c. ACTION CODE A: Repair the areas of weeping of a reinforcing plate perimeter weld and <br /> a striker plate perimeter weld. <br /> NOZZLES AND APPURTENANCES: <br /> d. ACTION CODE B: Nozzles B, E, and P have weld spacing issues that should be <br /> e. addressed at the next repair interval. No action is required at this time because <br /> f. this detail has been present for an extended period and no correlating issues were <br /> noted. <br /> g. ACTION CODE B: Manways A and F and Nozzles B, E, H,J, K, N, and P have telltale holes <br /> plugged with coating.The telltale holes should be cleared prior to returning the tank to <br /> service. <br /> Code A:Repairs critical to tank integrity required-Out of compliance with current API 650/653 standards.Positive action must be <br /> taken prior to continued service. <br /> Code B:Further Engineering evaluation required-Out of compliance with current API 650/653 standards with no damage or <br /> failure noted. Must be assessed(action taken or not taken)and documented prior to continued service. <br />
