For example, a professional engineer (PE) or an STI SP001 certification for <br />Raymond Beutler, or a statement from David Udonsen (or another STI SP001 inspector) <br />categorizing the tank and establishing its inspection schedule (or a statement from a PE <br />that certified the SPCC plan) would satisfy this requirement. At this time, this violation <br />stands. <br />In summary, from the two open violations noted on the June 30, 2021 in -office inspection report, <br />violation 711 was rescinded, and violation 713 remains pending receipt and review of additional <br />supporting documentation.
