Hammer Ln, Stockton, CA 95210 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above <br /> noted address: <br /> • Install new compression fitting at existing vent sump <br /> • Install new vapor return line from 87 Tank-1 turbine sump (STP) to existing vent sump <br /> • Install penetration fittings at 87 tank-1 turbine sump <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ustgsigov.org to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections for <br /> emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Primary piping test : One hour pressure test at 110% operating pressure or 40psi <br /> whichever is greater, in accordance with manufacturers installation instructions <br /> b. Secondary piping soap test and penetrations: One hour pressure test at manufacturers <br /> installation instructions <br /> c. Secondary piping slope at 118 inch per foot or greater to a containment sump <br /> d. 24hours hydrostatic test or equivalent on the 87 turbine tank-1 sump and vent sump <br /> e. Visual inspection of the piping within the vent sump. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 tank-1 prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the 87 turbine tank-1 sump and vent sump is required six <br /> months after installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> 5. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> 1868 E.
