The operator shall provide fire prevention, protection, and control measures, including, but not limited to, <br />temperature monitoring of windrows and piles. <br />2. Multiple temperature measurements of all feedstock piles must be taken daily. This must be reflected in <br />the temperature and turning records. <br />3. A violation will be issued if these conditions are not met during the next routine inspection. <br />Inspection <br />Report Commen#s <br />Routine quaterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Previous area of concern regarding the installation of the perimeter fence has been corrected. The <br />facility now has a completed perimeter fence. <br />2. Previous area of concern regarding treated wood waste (TWW) in the greenwaste piles has been <br />corrected. The facility is now immediately spreading out and screening incoming loads before putting <br />them into a pile. <br />3. Facility has changed operation in regards to the OSB and particle board. All such material is now <br />being screened, mixed with greenwaste, ground, and then sent to a facility called "Biofuel" for <br />energy use. <br />4. The treated wood waste was removed from its container in May 2012 and hauled off to Forward <br />Landfill for disposal. A receipt showing this disposal was available for review. <br />5. The total amount of material on site was 4,126 cubic yards. <br />6. The temperature of the greenwaste pile without the OSB and particle board was 131 F. The <br />temperature of the greenwaste pile and ground material with the OSB and particle board was 80 F and <br />96 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 128 F to 140 F. The temperature of <br />the overs, pre-screened product, and screened product was 104 F, 140 F, and 120 F respectively. <br />7. All records were avaiable for review. <br />
