CalRecycle was represented by inspectors John Loane and Tadese Gebrehawariat. <br />2. The temperature range of the windrows was 157 F to 161 F. <br />3. The following are issues raised by CalRecycle during the inspection: <br />a. The treated wood waste (TWW) container needs proper labeling that meets the requirements per <br />Title 22 Section 67386.5 (b). <br />b. The windrows were contaminated with plastic material. It was recommended that more thorough <br />screenings take place. <br />c. The temperature and turning records need to be reformatted for easier comprehension and to <br />more accurately reflect the pathogen reduction period. <br />
