State of California <br />CIWMB 03 <br />(Rev 01107) <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board <br />Addendum To Inspection Report <br />11 IRM" <br />Page 2- of 2 <br />Comments: <br />1. Nineteen windrows on site at time of inspection. Windrows are situated east to west and labeled at fence with row and start date. Each row is <br />divided down the center into two sides, labeled A and B, ten on A side and nine on B side. Per operator, rows are turned every three days at which <br />time water from water truck is added, if necessary. <br />2. Temperatures were taken at four windrows: 3A - 125°F (November 7, 2008 start date), 6A 82°F (October 20, 2008 start date), 46- 94°F (October <br />24, 2008 start date), and 3B- 135°F (November 8, 2008 start date). Temperature logs from start date of October 6, 2008 were reviewed . <br />3. Approximately 30 cubic yards fresh greenwaste on site to be ground, and 50 cubic yards ground greenwaste is ready to start new windrow. <br />Compost feedstock is greenwaste only, brought to site by landscaping contractors and general public. No solid waste was observed mixed in with <br />greenwaste. Tonnage is kept less than 12,500 cubic yards in compliance with EA Notification requirements. <br />4. OIMP and EA Notification have been received by EHD. One correction on EA Notification is needed from Operator. Request for SWIS number to be <br />assigned tofacilityby CIWMB will be -submitted by LEA.-- - <br />3. No Violations or Areas of Concern noted. <br />
