The total was 13,629 cubic yards.
1. Compost produced by an agricultural material composting operation which uses only agricultural
material and/or green material may sell or give-away more than 1,000 cubic yards of material per
year, but shall have not more than 12,500 cubic yards of green material, including feedstock, compost,
or chipped and ground material, on-site at any one time.
2. The majority of the fly population was
around the feedstock. Also there was litter accumulation on the east side of the property. Some of the litter got
through the fence on the east side and was on an adjacent property.
1. According to the operator, the facility uses"Maxforce,"a spray to control fly population, but has not yet
implemented the spray this year. Begin using the spray to control the fly popluation.
2. The facility is incorporating a net that will cover the fence on the east side of the property and prevent
litter from going onto the adjacent property. Continue to complete the fence and use the net to prevent
litter from going off-site. Continue to cleanup the litter that accumulates along the east side.
x 17867(a)(5)-Unauthorized Access
Comments: Installation of a fence on the east side of the property has begun but is not yet completed.
1. According to the operator, the fencing on the east side will be completed and the fencing of the south
side will begin within three months.
2. Continue with the fencing on all four sides of the property in order to provide site security and prevent
unauthorized access to the facility.
X 17867.5-Personal Training
