Upon next quarterly inspection, implement a method that ensures that the monuments are <br /> maintained stationary. <br /> x 17867(a)(5)-Unauthorized Access <br /> Comments: Progress on the installation of the perimeter fencing has been done since the previous quaterly <br /> inspection (9/16/10). <br /> 1. The facility has installed the poles for the chain link fencing across the east side of the property. <br /> 2. Continue with the fencing on all four sides of the property in order to provide site security and prevent <br /> unauthorized access to the facility. <br /> x 17867(a)(10)-Physical Contamination Refuse Removed <br /> Comments: There is a pile of treated wood waste (TWW)that is generated from the screening process of the <br /> green waste. The pile is not in compliance (labeling and storage)with regulations that pertain to the <br /> accumulation and storage of TWW. <br /> 1. According to Title 22 Section 67386.5, TWW generated, accumulated, stored, or transported within <br /> California shall be clearly marked and visible for inspection. <br /> 2. According to Title 22 Section 67386.6, TWW shall be maintained in a manner that prevents unauthorized <br /> access and minimizes release to the environment. <br /> 3. A copy of these regulations was given to the operator. The EHD will work with the operator to implement <br /> the most appropriate method for accumulation and storage of the TWW. <br />
