Self Monitoring: <br />The owner/operator shall submit the results of all self monitoring programs to the Enforcement Agency within 30 days of the end <br />of the reporting period (fir arample. Temperature of the active compost shall be monitored and recorded as specified in Title 14 <br />CCR, Section 17868.3. Records shall be kept for types of additiveslamendments used. All <br />records pertinent to the particular operation are required to be kept current on site as per Title <br />14 CCR, Section 17869. <br />k. Storm water monitoring records and leachate monitoring logs shall be kept on site <br />1. One sample per 5000 cubic yards of finished compost must be taken and and analyzed at a <br />Department of Health Services approved laboratory. Samples shall be analyzed for <br />constituent.% required pursuant to Title 14 CCR, Section 17868.1. <br />in. Pathogen reduction criteria must be documented in a log.
