<br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
<br /> 1. According to the tonnage report submitted by the facility for the month of April 2013,
<br /> there were no days where the amount of ground wood waste leaving the facility was at
<br /> or over 25 tons.
<br /> 2. The average amount of material leaving this facility on days of operation for the month of
<br /> April 2013 is 15 tons per day.
