LINDSAY <br /> I asked her about the heat in the home. She said she has space heaters for each <br /> room. The central heat is not pushing out warm air. She states she has called <br /> three electricians to work on the heat and have paid three different bills. Each <br /> electrician said it was something different. She said the complainant is her <br /> daughters son, so her grandson. After hearing her story about the family dispute. <br /> let her know that I will talk to my boss on monday and inform her that Mariola is <br /> trying and still wants to get it fixed but no one is coming out right now and she is <br /> 82 years old. <br /> told Mariola I would contact her after discussing it with my boss, 209-830-9911 <br /> Talked to Melissa about file. She said to hold on to compliant until COVID 19 is <br /> over and then talk to owner about fixing heater system. <br /> Called Mariola back and let her know that she is not being charged for anything at <br /> this time and we are going to hold on to the compliant until things get back to <br /> normal. At that time we would hope she could fix the central heat. She said of <br /> course. She appreciated me calling her back and informing her. <br /> 12/22/2020 Recommend to abate complaint as office response. Called owner, and asked if LINDSAY <br /> the heat has been repaired. She let me know her daughter does not live there <br /> anymore and she got new air and heating systems. I let her know I would close the <br /> complaint. <br /> Filled out complaint form and printed 5105. <br /> Gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
