A J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> 7-ELEVEN INC#32262 2360 W GRANT LINE RD, TRACY March 11, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b)(1-2) Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> - 12/28/2020 Overfill prevention test results.. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records <br /> include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance <br /> records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs <br /> of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the <br /> last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 306 HSC 25291(e) Failure to remove, analyze, and properly dispose of water in secondary containment(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 89 and 91 spill containers. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately one gallon of liquid from the 89 and 91 spill <br /> containers. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 04/10/2021 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
