LINDSAY <br /> Drove to property and observed house dilapidated. Observed wires coming from <br /> the power pole to the house that were low and for concern. The house looks <br /> abandoned so the wires being that low are a concern if there is a heavy storm and <br /> the house falls and causes tugging of the wires. <br /> Posted the single family dwelling with a notice to abate and will contact owner to <br /> start renovations or if no renovations are to be done soon, then to disconnect the <br /> electricity until they are ready to do renovations. <br /> 11/10/2020 Went with Ciera for security concerns. SUSZYCKI <br /> 11/13/2020 Created photo log for Notice to Abate for possible hazardous electrical cords. LINDSAY <br /> Printed two copies of photo log, one to mail to owner and one to be attached to <br /> complaint. <br /> Put on Scotts desk for review. <br /> 11/16/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO LOG DATED 11/10/2020 BALLWAHN <br /> TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> PETER & SUKI KONG <br /> PO BOX 20182 <br /> CASTRO VALLEY CA 94546 <br /> 12/31/2020 Complaint Investigation after no communication from owner. Observed wiring LINDSAY <br /> removed from garage. Meter is still on dwelling but unsure if power is going to <br /> dwelling or not. Dwelling still looked abandoned. With wiring removed I suggest to <br /> close complaint. <br /> Took photos. <br /> 01/06/2021 Recommend to abate complaint as field response, violations cited and corrected.
