Phase 1 includes the conversion of <br />an existing 5,286 square foot building into a farm services facility for the testing <br />of plants for disease diagnostics and the propagation of disease free plants. <br />Phase 2 includes the construction of a 225 square foot greenhouse building for <br />growing additional plants; located on south side of East Harney Lane, 2,600 feet <br />east of North State Route 99 East Frontage Road, Lodi. <br />(Supervisorial District 4) <br />PROPERTY OWNER: Perrucci Commercial Management APPLICANT: Same <br />ADDRESS: 5440 E. Harney Lane, Lodi APN: 061-060-23 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br />Flood Hazard Area. <br />The site is within the Phase 2 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br />(NPDES). <br />Harney Lane has an existing and planned right-of-way of 50 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: <br />Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only —all vertical features, including but <br />not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not <br />allowed in the right-of-way.)
