COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES HER WHOLE FAMILY HAS BEEN SICK WITH VOMITING SINCE 5:00 AM THIS MORNING. COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THEY ARE STILL ALLOWING PEOPLE TO EAT AND DRINK INSIDE AT THE BAR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> I spoke to the manager who said that everything indoors is closed. <br /> I observed no chairs in the bar and bar appears closed at this time. <br /> i observed rodent droppings on food prep area (on food prep sink drain board, food equipment storage shelves, dry food <br /> storage area and in food in dry storage area. <br /> Clean and sanitize all food contact areas and storage areas. <br /> Provide effective pest control. <br /> Re-inspection to occur on or after 9/10/2020. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
