The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for STOP N SHOP as of February 09, 2021. Open violations from August 31, 2020 inspection Violation #112 - Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment every 12 months. OBSERVATION: Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were previously performed on 06/29/2018 and was completed on 08/31/2020, 14 months past due. REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #115 - Failure to submit "Monitoring System Certification Form" within 30 days of completion of the test. A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test.
