Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a)slgov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of <br /> Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed <br /> prior to performing the cold start of the monitoring panel, and made available at the time of <br /> EHD inspection. <br /> b. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br /> UDCs. <br /> c. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued <br /> to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State <br /> Water Board <br /> b. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service Technician <br /> certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC) <br /> 1868 E.
