The 91 tank had no float system. <br /> According to the LIS 150-3 letter from SWRCB all failed. <br /> The probes were individually able to set off all overfill alarms except the 91 tank, however, the second probe was unable <br /> to cause an external audible and visual alarm while the first alarm was still active. <br /> Service Technician Onsite: Ronald McEntree <br /> ICC: 9/16/2021; VR: 12/4/2021, OPW 01/07/23 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tanks until the component is repaired or replaced by a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection by the EHD. If the failed component <br /> can't be replaced immediately there is a possibility that the 87,diesel and 91 UST system may be red tagged to <br /> prevent fuel inputs. <br /> Submit a copy of the completed "Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection Report Form"to EHD within 30 days. <br /> CORRECT BY:Immediately <br /> INSPECTED BY:Paul Nso <br /> RECEIVED BY: : DATE: <br /> 1868 E.
