Failure to <br /> respond to all violations. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner and operator of underground storage tank(UST)systems shall comply with <br /> all requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to bring these UST systems into compliance. <br /> Respond to all violations. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 304 CCR 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c) Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product-tight. <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in UDCs 1/2, 2/3, 3/4,4/5, diesel fill and STP sumps(truck side), UDCs 3/4, <br /> 7/8 and 11/12(Auto side)indicating a leak in the primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION:Water was found in the UDCs 1/2,2/3, 3/4,4/5, diesel fill and STP sumps(truck side), UDCs 3/4, <br /> 7/8 and 11/12(Auto side). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately 3.5gallons of liquid from the diesel fill and <br /> STP sumps(truck side)and returned the sensor to its proper location.
