ACEVEDO <br /> Upon arrival, it is observed that the facility is serving guests inside of the facility but <br /> at every other booth and all waitresses are wearing a mask at this time. I asked to <br /> speak to a manager on site, in which I was told there is no manager on site at this <br /> time. I then asked to speak to a person in charge, in which someone came forth <br /> stating they are in charge for the time being. I explained the nature of the <br /> complaint, reminded the staff of the state mandate to not allow indoor dining at this <br /> time and asked if I can observed how the staff prepare or handle the prepared <br /> food. The person in charged invited me to conduct my inspection and to alert them <br /> if anything is not in compliance. I observed proper food handling of the order from <br /> the chefs line to the waitress station, until the food reaches the table of the <br /> consumer. The chefs line does contain food build up in between cooking <br /> equipment and the sanitizer buckets were not changed after some time until my <br /> arrival. <br /> Overall unable to verify alleged complaint occurring on site at this time. <br /> Official inspection report emailed to 6620dennys@gmail.com. <br /> Official inspection report discussed with person in charge, signature not obtained <br /> at this time. <br /> 5105.rpt - Page 1 of 1 <br />
