Nature of complaint: indoor dining LINHARES <br /> occurring at facility and improper wearing of face coverings. Called facility operator <br /> to notify him of the complaint. Per owner, he was unaware that indoor& outdoor <br /> dining had been temporarily suspended. I informed the owner that our <br /> Department is currently taking an educational approach to COVID related <br /> complaints that are received. I stated that the current order has temporarily <br /> discontinued indoor and outdoor dining and that a facility shall remain open for <br /> take-out or delivery only. The owner stated that he understood. Owner states that <br /> he was aware that some of his employees were wearing their face coverings <br /> improperly and that he would re-educate his staff on proper face covering use. <br /> Called complainant to discuss. Complainant was very pessimistic believing that <br /> the behavior would discontinue. Complainant states that she and her family have <br /> had COVID and the blatant disregard that the downtown businesses have is <br /> disturbing.
