The PEDRAZA <br /> facility is closed waiting for inspection from environmental health. I was informed <br /> that the fired occurred on Sunday (1-2--21) at 12 or 1 pm. There are 3 fryers. One <br /> of on the side caught on fire. The ansul system did not go off. The fire was <br /> contained with a hand held fire extinguisher and they fire department arrived. The <br /> hand held fire extinguisher will be recharged today per manger. <br /> All food that was open was discarded. There is no signs of smoke today.
