The complainant also alleges that hazardous waste is being generated and <br /> hazardous materials above regulated thresholds are being stored at the location. <br /> The EHD needs to conduct a hazardous waste and a hazardous material business plan <br /> inspection at the location to determine if the business needs permits with the county. I visited <br /> the site on October 27, 2020 and the gate was closed. The San Joaquin County Parcel <br /> Viewer lists you as the property owner for this location.
