These counties fall within three air basins and four air <br />districts (collectively referred to as “Air Districts”): <br />• Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), <br />• San Francisco Bay Area Air Basin (SFBAAB), <br />• Sacramento Valley Air Basin (SVAB), <br />• Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD),
