Complaint Investigation Summary
Report #. 5105
COMPLAINT ID: C00053234 Site Location: 3967 E FREMONT ST
Received by: EE0008987 SANGALANG Received Date: 1/7/2021 Complaint Received Via: PHONE
Assigned To: EE0009834 SUSZYCKI Assigned Date: 1/7/2021
Program/Element Code 3400 - CANNABIS PROGRAM (COMMERCIAL)
Nature of complaint:
ILLEGAL CANNABIS GROW IN GARAGE INVOLVED IN STRUCTURE FIRE.
PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property Name:
Site Location 3967 E FREMONT ST
District 002 - MILLER, KATHERINE
STOCKTON, CA 95215
Location Code 99- UNINCORPORATED AREA
Cross Street ORO
APN 14327008
Complaint Status:
Date Abated:
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
01/06/2021 Was requested by the fire department to respond to a fire at the property. When I SUSZYCKI
arrived, the fire firefighters were in the process of putting out a fire at one of the
single family dwellings. The fire destroyed the entirety of the structure.
Inside the converted attached garage, it could be seen that an illegal cannabis
grow with about 20 to 30 plants was set up. The grow had grow lights and
unpermitted ventilation attached to carbon air filters. When I asked the fire fighters
where the fire most likely started they stated that they believe it was from the grow.
No tenants were on site while I was there. When the Sheriff arrived they
commented that one of the tenants had a misdemeanor warrant and that is
probably why they fled.
I posted the single family dwelling with a Notice to Vacate, a Notice and Order to
Abate, a Notice to Secure, and a Cannabis Activities Notice and Order to Abate..
PG&E also cut the power lines to the structure and removed the meter while I was
on site.
See PR00546394.
01/07/2021 Complaint abated to FA0026293. Turned the complaint in for review. SUSZYCKI
Abated By:
5105 rpt
