I ELEMENT: "`-' ID#: <br />PROGRAM A Ano RECORD <br />000052472 <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Excessive garbage in driveway causing a fly problem. <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following was observed during the inspection: <br />- A pond like structure located north of the front unit consisted of green standing water (see attachment, photo 2). <br />- An accumulation of solid waste was located between the front unit and the western fence (see attachment, photo 3). <br />- Three waste tires and trash bags containing solid waste observed northwest of the garbage containers, next to the complex (see <br />attachment, photo 4). <br />- An accumulation of trash bags observed next to the garbage containers along the eastern fence (see attachment, photo 5). <br />Continued on next page_ <br />VIOLATIONS: <br />2r Accumulation of Refuse, Waste and Filth Prohibited <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2400) <br />g Improper, Unpermitted Disposal of Waste on Premise <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2401, Public Resources Code, Sections 44000.5 and 44002(a)(1)) <br />Inadequate Container <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2402) <br />Mi Inadequate Frequency of Waste Removal — Removal of waste at least once each calendar week. <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2403) <br />Lack of Mandatory Residential Solid Waste Collection <br />(SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2404) <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br />M/ Clean up and dispose of the waste at an authorized, permitted location.
