Tenant states that owner cut of <br />trash service. <br />Observed junk in front of the garage. Nobody was home to answer the door. <br />11/24/2020 2643 E Florida Ave CHAO <br />Worked on parcel viewer, google maps, photo log, and contacted both Waste <br />Management (unusual wait time) and Republic Services for garbage service. <br />Garbage service is active with Republic Services, spoke to Christina. Garbage is <br />picked up weekly on Monday. <br />11/30/2020 2643 E Florida Ave CHAO <br />Complaint revisit, no one was home during the initial visit. Met with tenant Kendall <br />Wilkie. Observed junk in front of the garage. Gave a Notice to Abate, violations <br />cited was accumulation of refuse and inadequate frequency of waste removal. <br />Advised Kendall to provide disposal receipt and send pictures of proof of <br />correction via email, once the refuse is cleaned up. <br />11/30/2020 2643 E Florida Ave CHAO <br />Reviewed file before attempting to investigate complaint. The initial visit was <br />unsuccessful. <br />12/01/2020 2643 E Florida Ave CHAO <br />Tenant Kendall Wilkie mentioned trash service is no longer being picked up due to <br />an outstanding balance. I contacted Republic Services and spoke to Nancy to find <br />out what was going on with her garbage service. Nancy confirmed that the <br />property does have active garbage service and will continue to pick up the <br />garbage regardless of the outstanding balance. Spoke to Kendall Wilkie and <br />advised her that the garbage service still active. <br />Kendall emailed pictures of disposal receipt and junk that is removed from the <br />front of the garage. <br />Worked on updated photo log to include proof of correction. <br />Complaint abated. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
