These parcels will be served by City of Stockton for public <br />water, sanitary sewer, and terminal storm drainage. <br />The prosect location is on the north and south side of West Grider Way 500 feet west of North Lower Sacramento <br />Road, Stockton. <br />Assessor's Parcel No(s). 070-140-35 and 070-570-13 <br />Acres: 3.23 acres <br />General Plan: R/L (Low -Density Residential) <br />Zoning: AU -20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20 -acre minimum) <br />Potential Population, Number of Dwelling Units, or Square Footage of Use(s): <br />There is no proposed development with this protect.
