Pursuant to San Joaquin County General Plan 2035 Natural and Cultural Resources Element <br />Figure NCR -1 (page 3.4-13), West Grider Way in Stockton is not a designated Scenic Route. Therefore, the proposed <br />applications to amend the current General Plan Designation and change the zoning of the parcels will not impact a scenic <br />vista or zoning and other regulations governing scenic quality. <br />d) There is no development application proposed with this request. However, all subsequent development applications will <br />be subject to the standards under Development Title Section 9-1025.6 (b), Protection of Uses on Adjacent Lots, which <br />state, the illumination level of any outdoor lighting, with the exception of public street lighting, is to be at a level that <br />does not cause glare above 1.0 footcandles on an adjacent lot or street.
