Reportable quantities of hazardous materials - reportable quantities are 55 gallons or more oil <br /> liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases , with some exceptions . <br /> Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be reported as a hazardous material <br /> if storing 1 , 200 cubic feet ( 137 pounds ) or more onsite in San Joaquin County — Hazardous <br /> Materials Business Plan Program ( HSC Sections 25508 & 25500 et sec . ) <br /> d .
