The operator is awaiting sterilization certificates from Metal Mafia for newly purchased piercing <br /> needles which he anticipates will arrive in one to two days. <br /> 3. The floor in the clean room has been sealed with a product called Glaze & Seal Clear Coat. <br /> 4. The client consent forms, medical questionnaire, and aftercare instructions have the required <br /> information. <br /> 5.
