AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS <br /> • The aftercare of your tattoo will greatly determine the way your tattoo Will look once it has fully healed <br /> and taking the proper steps to keeping it clean. <br /> • Wear bandage for 1 hour, remove it,Wash hands thoroughly, and Wash tattoo gently With antibacterial <br /> soap. DO NOT SCRUB!! Dry area by gently pat drying With a clean towel. <br /> • Use A&D or aquaphor to help heal faster.Avoid fragrant lotions and soaps during this time. <br /> • After a few days you Will notice some peeling and possible scabbing.At this point of the healing <br /> process your tattoo will begin to itch, resist your urge to scratch, rub or pick. <br /> • Do not swim, or use a hot tub for at least 2 weeks.Avoid direct sun exposure, once healed use <br /> sunscreen during long periods of time in the sun. <br /> • Wear loose clothing over tattoo while it heals,this will help avoid any rubbing that may pull off scabs <br /> or cause irritation. <br /> • Signs of infection: Redness on or around tattoo area, irritation/discomfort, puss or excessive scabbing. <br /> Seek medical attention if you have tried to follow through with the prior steps of keeping clean &dry <br /> and using the proper products during healing process.
