® m Microblade Aesthetics Brows by Crystal (209)914-3272 Client Copy For All Procedures: Microbladed Eyebrows, Eyeliner, Lip Liner,and Lip Blush Immediately Following Cosmetic Tattoo Procedure: Apply ice to treated area for 10-30 minutes. Ice helps reduce swelling and aids in healing. For 14 days following application of permanent cosmetics: • Apply A&D Ointment sparingly five times a day for ten days following the procedure,using a clean cotton swab; not your fingertips. Use ONLY A&D Ointment. • Do not rub or pick at the epithelial crust (scabs); allow it to flake off on its own.There should be absolutely no scrubbing, no cleansing creams,exfoliants,or chemicals. Gently cleanse the intradermal cosmetic area with mild soap after FIVE days.You may rinse with water and lightly pat the area dry. Do not expose treated area to full pressure of the water in the shower. • Do not soak treated area in bath,swimming pool or hot tub. Do not swim in fresh, salt,chlorinated pool water. • Keep pets away from treated area. • Refrain from gardening while healing. Do not expose treated area to the sun. • Use a total sunblock after the procedure area has healed to prevent future fading of pigment color. • If you are a blood donor you cannot give blood for one year following your procedure (Per American Red Cross). I understand that the first sign of infection,adverse reaction or allergic reaction to the procedure, I must notify Crystal Aguirre DBA Microblade Aesthetics, and my Health Care Practitioner.Signs and symptoms of an infection are the following. • Severe redness • Swelling • Tenderness of procedure site • Elevated body temperature • Drainage or green/yellow discharge from procedure site Failure to follow post-treatment instructions may cause loss of pigment, discoloration or infection. Colors appear brighter,darker and more sharply defined immediately following the procedure.As the healing progresses, color will soften and appear slightly"ashy".A touch-up procedure may or may not be necessary. Final results cannot be determined until healing is complete.Touch-up procedures MUST be made between 30-45 days.An additional fee will apply for touch-ups after 45 days.
