Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Telephone: (209) 472-9684 Owner/Operator: LONGS DRUG STORES CALIFORNIA, L.L.C. <br />Address: 5070 West LN, 95210 <br />Date: 08/20/2021Name of Facility: CVS Pharmacy #9916 <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />11:05 am <br />10:30 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Complaint #: CO0054086 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Complaint states : FACILITY WAS FILTHY, LOOKS LIKE THE FLOORS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED IN SOME TIME, <br />THE BROOM SET FOR SWEEPING WAS IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT AS IT HAD BEEN IN THE WEEK BEFORE, AND <br />BROKEN TILES ON THE FLOOR. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The floor in the front of the store and on the west end of the store has dirt and debris. Sweep, mop, and <br />repair missing tiles where needed. Clean today and replace tiles where necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
