As such,we are requesting that <br /> improvement plans be submitted to the District which provides specific details for <br /> proposed improvements which may affect District facilities and operations. This plan <br /> must be reviewed and approved by the District Engineering Department to determine the <br /> extent of any necessary improvements to District facilities in accordance with District <br /> policy.
