Armstrong Rd, Lodi, CA 95240 November 19, 2021 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 116570. <br /> 3. Prior to issuance of building permit, submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site <br /> plans showing the location and configuration of any existing and proposed sewage disposal systems, <br /> along with the area required to be reserved for future sewage disposal repair/replacement (area for <br /> 100% sewage disposal replacement). The plans shall include the design calculations, including the <br /> maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is proposed to serve. <br /> In addition, show on revised plans that the disposal field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven <br /> over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This disposal field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> 4. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4). <br /> 5. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> 6. Destroy the abandoned well located behind the caretaker residence, next to the water tank, under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> 7. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Repair cement surface seal around the ag well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and <br /> the integrity of well grout <br /> 8. House to be demolished has septic tank in front that was installed under permit 72-1076. Open, <br /> pump, and backfill the septic tank under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 9. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 10. Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity for the disposal of winery wastewater <br /> by removal of winery wastewater to an offsite disposal facility or from the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board for discharge to land. That written approval shall be presented to the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit and/or final occupancy <br /> approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1125.5). <br /> Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the proposed winery <br /> waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite.
