Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> e. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance <br /> of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> f. Destroy the abandoned well located behind the caretaker residence, next to the water tank, under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> g. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must <br /> report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/and comply with the laws and regulations for the programs <br /> listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
