CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA-2100038 <br />KEITH H. METTLER ET AL./ BAUMBACH & PIAZZA, INC. <br />Lot Line Adjustment No. PA-2100038 was approved by the Community Development Department on <br />April 23, 2021, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on October 23, 2022, <br />which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has <br />been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br />Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact: [209] 468-3121) <br />a.APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between 2 parcels as show on the site plan <br />dated February 4, 2021. <br />b.NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br />conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br />shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br />Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil <br />Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 84631 of the Land Use Surveyors' Act, or <br />a Licensed Land Surveyor.
