Legal Description <br />Lot Line Adjustment (PA -2100038) <br />Parcel 1: <br />The North 413.88 feet of the following described tracts of land, as measured parallel with and <br />distant from the north line of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 <br />East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. <br />Tract A: <br />The East 10 acres of the following lands to wit: The West one-half of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Northwest quarter and the West one-half of the East one-half of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and <br />Meridian. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the West half of the East half of the Northeast quarter <br />of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and <br />Meridian, San Joaquin County, and being more particularly described as follows. <br />COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Northwest quarter and run North 89°53' West <br />along the North line of said quarter, 659.84 feet to the Northwest quarter of the East 10 acres of <br />said West half of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence South <br />0°46'15" West along the West line of said 10 acre parcel, 30 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING on the South line of the county road known as Harney Lane; thence South 0°46'13" <br />West along said West line, 626.16 feet, thence South 89053' East and parallel with said North <br />line, 208. 72 feet; thence North 0°46'15" East, 626.16 feet; thence North 89053' West, 208. 72 <br />feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing three acres, more or less. <br />Tract B: <br />The East one-half of the East one-half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and the <br />West one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, <br />Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. <br />EXCEPT THEREFROM the North 30 feet of the West one-half of the Northwest quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter as conveyed to the County of San Joaquin for public road, by instrument <br />recorded April 17, 1924, in Book "A" of Deeds, Volume 262, page 334. <br />ALSO EXCEPT THEREFROM the easterly 30 feet. <br />
