Legal Description Lot Line Adjustment (PA -2100038) Parcel 1: The North 413.88 feet of the following described tracts of land, as measured parallel with and distant from the north line of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. Tract A: The East 10 acres of the following lands to wit: The West one-half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and the West one-half of the East one-half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the West half of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, San Joaquin County, and being more particularly described as follows. COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Northwest quarter and run North 89°53' West along the North line of said quarter, 659.84 feet to the Northwest quarter of the East 10 acres of said West half of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence South 0°46'15" West along the West line of said 10 acre parcel, 30 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING on the South line of the county road known as Harney Lane; thence South 0°46'13" West along said West line, 626.16 feet, thence South 89053' East and parallel with said North line, 208. 72 feet; thence North 0°46'15" East, 626.16 feet; thence North 89053' West, 208. 72 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing three acres, more or less. Tract B: The East one-half of the East one-half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and the West one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
