COMPLAINANT IS FOUR MONTHS PREGNANT. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />chicken sandwich -- out of deep fryer -- 172.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was not aware of complaint prior to this investigation. <br />Spicy breaded chicken sandwiches come to the facility frozen and are stored in the walk-in freezer. <br />I observed closed boxes of frozen chicken patties stored in the walk in freezer stored properly. <br />Chicken patty was "dropped" (deep fried) prior to my arrival and was being assembled with buns and condiments etc. <br />Per manager chicken sandwiches are made to order and deep fried for 6 minutes. <br />Temperature of chicken sandwich is 172FI also observed grilled chicken. <br />Grilled chicken is grilled for eleven minutes. <br />The temperature of grilled chicken off of grill is 201F. <br />Signature not captured due to COVID <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
