There has been a series of heavy rains causing a significant amount of mud on site. The rip rap rock was <br />covered with mud. <br />2. There was some track -out mud observed in front of the facility along Frewert Road. <br />3. All records were available for review. It was observed that on January 3, 8, 9, 14, 16, 20, and 21, the <br />facility received 477.65, 490.16, 485.26, 479.77, 471.22, 489.04, and 483.97 tons of daily material <br />respectively. Reminder that per permit condition 4(c), the permitted maximum tonnage is 500 tons per <br />day. <br />4. Facility is awaiting the test results for the latest compost product submitted. <br />5. Odor and dust was light. The fly population was also light. <br />6. There was separation between the unscreened greenwaste received and the stockpiled greenwaste. <br />7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and overs was 64 F to 70 F and 72 F to 94 F respectively. The <br />temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 102 F to 118 F and 140 F to 158 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 94 F to <br />136 F and 123 F to 125 F respectively. <br />NNED <br />
