Previous area of concern given for lack of dust control has been corrected. Facility has repaired water truck and dust <br />was under control onsite. <br />2.) Odors were light. <br />3.) Fly population was light and mainly concentrated to the green waste pile. <br />4.) Amount of track -out mud on Frewert Road was very light. <br />5.) Compost analysis results for previously submitted compost were available for review. Compost is in compliance with <br />state standards. <br />6.) All records were available for review. <br />7.) Temperature range of the windrows was 142 F to 160 F. Temperature of screened product was 112 F. Temperature <br />of unscreened product was 130 F. Temperature of green waste was 128 F. Temperature of ground material was 122 F. <br />Temperature of ground hog fuel was 120 F. Temperature of unground hogfuel was 101 F. <br />8.) Portions of the rip rack are starting to get covered with dirt. Clean rip rap rock as needed to prevent it from becoming <br />ineffective. <br />9.) Screened product near the front office remains at the same height (approx. 20-25 feet).
